About Tatiana Rubio L.Ac., C.D.(DONA)

Tatiana Rubio L.Ac. is a board licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. She received her bachelor’s degree from Williams College in Massachusetts in 1994 and her master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Emperor’s College in 2000. Tatiana was in private practice in Beverly Hills for six years where she treated all types of cases including pain management, digestive disorders, mood disorders, headaches, auto-immune diseases and addiction. But her specialty has always been in women’s health. 

In 2002 she became a certified birth doula (a labor assistant) and has attended many births both as an acupuncturist and as a doula. She has received many additional hours of training in gynecology, obstetrics and pediatrics and has worked in conjunction with midwives and obstetricians. Tatiana treats women from conception right into the delivery room. Her specialties include labor preparedness treatments, natural, drug-free labor inductions, post-partum care and lactation support. 

Recently Tatiana has added cosmetic acupuncture to her women’s healthcare regimen and is proud to specializes in the patented Mei Zen protocol for cosmetic acupuncture- known for it’s rejuvenating, anti-wrinkle, anti-aging treatments. 

Although women’s health care is her specialty, Tatiana continues to see men, women and children of all ages for all types of ailments as well as general energy balancing. Tatiana’s style is unique in that she combines intuitive bodywork with acupuncture and focuses on one patient at a time. She has offices in Malibu and Agoura Hills.
