I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started doing the radio show with Dean on BlogTalkRadio.com. I had great success with Internet Radio on GadgetPanel.com, but I didn’t even know that I had a show that we getting thousands of listeners each week. And I certainly had no idea that I had a show that ended up with more than 70,000 downloads! Partly because I just didn’t believe that the Gadget Panel Radio show could be successful. Turns out it was successful, and I didn’t even realize it until long after I had cut off all the effort I had been putting towards it.

I wanted to pursue something that had more meaning to me. I like helping people. I like sharing with people. And most importantly, I like to make a difference in the world. The more I succeed in business, the more I realize there are greater things for me to give away. I’ve learned that giving away as much as I can is so much more rewarding than getting a paycheck. Certainly, the paycheck has merit, but the personal satisfaction I receive when I help someone realize their dream is priceless.

For myself, I’ve had dreams of being on radio since I was a kid. I didn’t share it with anyone, and like many dreams… the Internet is making them a reality! What was something I would never consider possible just a year ago is a reality. I have a talk show with one of my best friends, and we just received word today that our show has been picked up as a featured show on BlogTalkRadio.com.

Yes, apparently Dean and I are that good! We’re still polishing our show, but we are extremely pleased and honored to be a featured show. We are looking forward to bringing our positive message or opportunity to a greater number of listeners through our relationship with the best Internet Radio and Social Media Podcast website in the world.

Dean and I are already planning out the next several months worth of shows and guests. We have some very hot shows coming up about topics that you really won’t want to miss. Of course, if getting up at 10AM on Saturday mornings doesn’t sound like something that inspires you, the great folks at BlogTalkRadio.com provide archive downloads of every show on our profile page. And they also make it conveniently available through iTunes as well! Enjoy the shows!
